Spiral Vermicelli "Kramas" - 250 g

Ingredients: wheat semolina, water.

It is prepared easily and quickly: Spiral Vermicelli "Kramas" with Chicken and Leek

Products:

• 250 g of spiral vermicelli "Kramas"
• 100 g of tomato paste
• 6 slices of chicken (boiled meat or smoked sausage)
• 1 leek 120 g
• of yellow cheese 2 tablespoons
• of olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation: Wash the white part of the leek and cut it into thin slices. Put the spiral vermicelli "Kramas" into 2.5 l of boiling water and cook for no more than a minute and a half. Carefully take out the cooked vermicelli balls and put them in a suitable serving dish. Stew the olive oil, chicken and leek for 3 minutes. When the leek becomes soft, add the tomato sauce and the black pepper and cook until they are ready. Pour a few tablespoons of the sauce over the nests of spiral vermicelli and then sprinkle grated cheese over them. Enjoy your meal!
